Planning Your Legacy to Holy Trinity Seminary

Since 1965, Holy Trinity Seminary has been instrumental in the human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral formation of young men who are called to serve the Church. Hundreds of alumni have since been ordained to the priesthood, serving more than 40 dioceses across the United States, with eleven ordained as bishops. Bishop Thomas K. Gorman, the fourth bishop of the Diocese of Dallas, and the founder of Holy Trinity Seminary, helped shape this legacy.

The Gorman Legacy Society was established to honor and recognize individuals and families who have included Holy Trinity Seminary as a beneficiary in their estate planning, thereby securing the sustainability of the Seminary in the future.  As a small token of our deep appreciation for members of the Gorman Legacy Society, the Seminary will invite members to a special Mass, followed by a brunch with the seminarians, annually.

What legacy will you and your family leave? We invite you to consider becoming a member of The Gorman Legacy Society by including Holy Trinity Seminary in your will, trust, or estate plan. Your bequest can help secure the long-term growth and sustainability of the Seminary and further our mission of assisting men in discerning a call to the Roman Catholic priesthood for the universal Church.  Or, you might consider making a gift to our designated fund to help provide residency, assistance, formation and support for men attending Holy Trinity Seminary.

If, after prayerful discernment, you wish to join the Gorman Legacy Society, please fill out this non-binding STATEMENT OF INTENT and email it to GormanLegacySociety@holytrinityseminary.org, specifying the type of planned gift by which you will remember the Seminary.

For questions about how to make a bequest or to request any additional information that might be helpful to you or your attorney, please email: GormanLegacySociety@holytrinityseminary.org.
